Asian grocery stores and supermarkets stock ingredients, snacks and household goods that general American supermarkets often do not carry, organized by category rather than by country of origin in most stores. Produce and live or fresh seafood sections are usually at the back or side of the store, and weekend mornings bring the largest crowds and freshest restock. Many larger Asian supermarkets include a hot deli or food court counter selling prepared meals by the pound or as fixed plates, useful for a quick lunch while shopping. Labels are frequently bilingual or untranslated, so store staff can usually help locate a specific ingredient if you ask. Cash, cards and mobile pay are all commonly accepted at larger chains; smaller specialty shops may be cash-preferred.
The business lists hours on 1 day of the week. On most of those days it is open 8 amβ1 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday. Tuna Harbor Dockside Market is a great place to find some of the freshest fish available. They sell a wide variety of whole fish and high-quality seafood, and they also offer prepared options like fish and chips and poke. The selection is impressive, and the quality of the seafood really stands out. Make sure to come early because they sell out quickly. Definitely worth stopping by if you love fresh seafood!

Wonderful selection of fish right of the boat. We picked up ahi and local halibut. Great value and can't buy fresher. Definitely worth the drive.

Very cool fish market that sells fish fresh off a boat!! Gigantic tuna, thresher shark, halibut. You can take any of the fish or uni and ask for prep to eat right away. They even have tubs of ice to carry your fish home! They also have a food stand that is extremely overpriced but also ridiculously fresh.

Fun way to spend an hour on a Saturday morning. Arrive 15-30 minutes before opening to see the most fresh fish. Things sell quickly.

We decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary without any fancy dining experience. Instead, we headed to the Tuna Harbor Dockside Market and ordered some incredibly fresh seafood. It was absolutely the right choiceβthe weather was fantastic, the people were super friendly, and the grilled lobster couldnβt have been any fresher. Everything was perfect!
